Facilitation with Isles
I help groups and communities make sense of complexity, reconnect to imagination, and find shared clarity and direction through creative, embodied processes.
My facilitation work is rooted in the belief that the act of imagining is not a hobby, it’s essential. In times of uncertainty, our ability to imagine new ways of being together becomes an act of survival and collective care. My role is to hold spaces where play and honest conversation can weave into something generative and real.
We live in times where people often feel separated from themselves and from one another. Communities can feel fragmented, and on our own, we may feel we lack the tools or confidence to bridge connections across the divides. Many feel powerless to make change, to express themselves, or to bridge gaps in understanding.
I work with teams, organisational groups, intentional communities, and collaborative networks, supporting them to navigate complex challenges, strengthen relationships, and co-create solutions that are rooted in shared values and imagination.
I design and guide sessions that invite both depth and experimentation. This might include story-building and mapping exercises, creative prompts that engage the senses, or embodied practices that reconnect groups to the intelligence of the body and the richness of sound. I often blend strategic, organisational support with space-holding and reflection - helping groups experiment and discover ideas together.
I work with a consent-based, trauma-aware framework, creating conditions where participants feel inclusion and choice throughout. I don’t hold a neutral stance - I bring honesty, intuition, and curiosity into the room. I’ll challenge when it’s needed and soften when it serves the process. My facilitation style often dances between structure and improvisation, responding in real time to the energy and needs of the group while staying attentive to collective goals.
