Coaching with Isles

A queer with short black hair, wearing a beige headband and a colorful scarf around their neck, smiling in front of a vibrant, painted wall featuring large strawberries, a strawberry leaf, purple and yellow shapes, and abstract colourful designs.

I work with creatives, changemakers and dreamers to bring your radical visions to life - whether it’s a new project, a side venture, a community initiative, or a creative practice you’ve been nurturing. Together, we explore the full potential of your vision: co-imagining your project, prototyping ideas and untangling any doubts along the way; helping your ideas take shape and create ripple effects in your communities and the wider world.

Over a suggested 4-week journey, we work in a rhythm that fits your life and resources. Using a neurodivergent-friendly approach, we combine strategic support with curious coaching conversations, weaving in other tools as needed - learning design, facilitation mentoring, funding application support, marketing ideas, and creative brainstorming to help you grow your vision.

My approach draws on both creativity and play as pathways to insight and transformation. Each session follows the spirit of the moment - which might look like us exploring mindful mark-making exercises, somatic movement, storytelling together, or even co-creating the initial framework for your first workshop.

I work with a consent-based framework, ensuring that you have agency throughout the session and decide which direction we explore. I give honest reflection and guidance when my intuition calls for it, and I won’t hold back when something feels important to share.

As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent and self-taught artist, I bring an emphasis on inclusion, agency and accessibility to my work. I believe deeply in collective liberation, and I am aware that coaching is a privilege not equally accessible to everyone. Class, systemic barriers, and financial limitations can prevent some people from engaging with this work (you can read more of my thoughts on how this affects the coaching space here).

To help make this work more accessible, I offer a sliding scale for coaching, workshops, and collaborations, and I am actively working to secure funding to create opportunities for those who might otherwise be excluded.

Pricing

I use a sliding scale for coaching, workshops and collaborations. This allows those with more access to resources to help make space for those with less.

I’ll always do my best to make sure money isn’t the thing that keeps someone from accessing this work. If you’re unsure where you might sit on the scale or how to make it possible, we can explore it together with care in our first conversation.
